Payments are processed by Polar.sh. We do not store your credit card number or payment details on our servers. We receive confirmation of successful payments and your subscription plan from Polar.sh.

Chatbot & Conversation Data

When your website visitors interact with a chatbot you create, we store the conversation messages. This includes any information visitors voluntarily share (such as their name or email when captured as a lead). You, as the account holder, are responsible for informing your visitors that conversations are recorded.

Usage Data

We track message counts and bot activity per account per month to enforce plan limits and display analytics in your dashboard.

Technical Data

Standard server logs including IP addresses, browser type, and pages visited may be collected automatically by our hosting infrastructure (Vercel).
